Remove ASOS Account Permanently

To access the ASOS website, open your internet browser and enter www.asos.com into the address bar. Then press the ↵ Enter or ⏎ Return key on your keyboard.

The Customer Care page can be accessed by clicking the Help & FAQs button in the upper-right corner of the page - located just above the Account icon.

At the bottom of the page, beneath the CAN'T FIND WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR heading, is a button to press that says SEND US AN EMAIL. Other contact options might include being able to reach out to the customer care on Twitter, Facebook or Messenger. Certain locations may also have the option to click CHAT NOW and start a real-time conversation with someone from the help crew.

In the SEND US AN EMAIL page, choose Technical in the options. Once chosen, you will be given the opportunity to indicate a more specific issue concerning this topic.

If I am unable to log in, then the contact form beneath the questionnaire will open.

Fill in your full name, email address, and location in the contact form. Put in this pertinent information, which includes the email linked to your ASOS account, to assist customer service in locating your account.

In the text box below Any further info you can give us..., indicate that you would like your ASOS account to be deleted.

In order to validate your account, please let us know your: full name, birthdate, billing address, and email address. Make sure to include all of this information when you send us your message.

Hit the SEND option. Your message will be delivered and you will quickly hear back from the customer service team via email.
