F.A.Q's
Website design & development FAQ's.
These are the questions I get asked the most...
- 1. I start by discussing your project with you, either in person, video chat, by email or phone.
- 2. I will send you a link to detailed proposal with a final quotation of price based on our conversation.
- 3. If you are happy to go ahead with the project, I will take the upfront payment before work commences.
- 4. I will provide you a link to the first design draft where you will be able view the development at any time.
I can then make any revisions along the way as required based on your feedback. - 5. I will then begin to develop the website, graphics and backend as required.
- 6. Once the development is complete you will then need to check and sign off the project once to your satisfaction.
- 7. The project will be completed and the final payment will be paid before the full website is set to go live.

As long as the domain name you want is available, I will register it for you for the first year as part of your cost.
The renewal cost will be added to your yearly hosting fee.
Obviously, if the domain name costs more than the standard of £10-£15, then I will need to discuss this with you and agree any charges.
FYI - I use Godaddy as my domain registrar of choice..

I will submit your website and sitemaps to Google and you will be included in the Google & Bing index.
To get to the first page of Google depends on a number of factors, and I can not guarantee that you will be at the top of Google as some of your competitors might have huge marketing budgets or have been there for years.
Your website will be coded with on-page SEO to give you the best chance.

No matter what type of website you decide to choose I can host and manage your website on one of my UK based servers.
Hosting usually costs less than £100 per year for a static site.
It can cost a lot more depending on your requirements. Hosting prices usually increase the more advanced your website is and the amount visitors you have.
