eMail Settings for HalliSoftUK Mail

If your eMail or domain is being fully hosted by HalliSoftUK you will need the following settings to setup your mail on your computer or mobile devices
Depending on who you device or mail client the procedure will be different,
but the settings you need are the same and shown below:
All email accounts have a standard webmail system ready for you to login and use from any location worldwide at:

(Please note New accounts no longer support pop3 connections)

Exchange (ActiveSync)
  • Username: Your full email address is your username (eg: [email protected])
  • Password: Provided during onboarding
  • Server: mail.hallisoft.co.uk
  • Domain: hallisoft.co.uk
IMAP/SMTP
  • Incomming Server: IMAP.hallisoft.co.uk
  • Port: 993
  • SSL: YES
  • Outgoing Server: SMTP.hallisoft.co.uk
  • Port: 587
  • SSL: YES
