Test if you can use your phone, tablet, or computer to access the same webpage on another connection, then you can be sure that it's an issue with the primary device.

To troubleshoot DNS connection issues, downloading a different, free browser like Firefox or Chrome is a good first step. If the problems still arise, it is likely not a browser problem. Otherwise, removing and reinstalling your original browser should take care of the issue.

To fix possible DNS errors, try power cycling your modem and router. This means unplugging the power cables from both devices and letting them sit for at least 30 seconds before reconnecting them and allowing them to come back online.

If using Ethernet connection, proceed to the next step. However, if you are unable to reach a web page, you may need to reset your router. If that doesn't work, check your DNS settings.
