Disconnect your account from all your mobile devices and computers and then request that Apple's customer service delete the account.
Remember, your account cannot be recovered or reactivated once it has been deleted.
The same steps can be followed if you want to delete your iCloud account since it cannot be done independently.

Required:

1. Disconnect your Apple ID/iCloud account from all your mobile devices and computers
2. Call Apple's customer service (1-800-275-2273)
3. Provide them with your Apple ID and explain that you would like to have your account deleted
4. Confirm that your account will not be recoverable and will be permanently deleted

Confirm that you actually intend to get rid of your Apple ID before taking any steps. Doing so will result in losing access to all services and products that have been associated with it, such as the App Store, Apple Pay, iCloud, iCloud Mail, iMessage, Facetime, and your subscriptions. All other services linked with this ID will also become unavailable.

Step 2

Be sure to do this before deleting the account, so you don't lose any of your stored information.
